At G&H Jewelers we are committed to ensuring our customers' privacy. In order to do this, we adhere to the privacy standards we've set for ourselves. We may use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
30-DAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE
FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Items purchased from G&H Jewelers may be returned within 30 days or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any refund on cash and check purchases will be refunded by check. Refunds on check sales will be refunded 14 business days from the date of sale. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition. All packaging, warranty papers, and instruction manuals must be intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered items (including ring sizing), and custom pieces are not returnable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be advised that there may be potential delays due to high volume orders, custom orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.
For simple flat rate shipping:
We offer $25 flat rate shipping to the U.S. for all orders under $250.
Free shipping for all orders over $250.
We offer in-store and curbside pickup.
Free local delivery is available upon request for orders over $250 within a 20 mile radius and if/when driver available. We will contact you to make convenient arrangements.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 45330 Alton Lane, California, MD.
We will call, text and/or send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 301-862-1100 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
